Event transportation works best when the route, people and timing are planned together. VanLimo accepts requests for weddings, celebrations, dinners and other private events across Greater Vancouver.

Map the movement

List each pickup, venue, stop, return point and required arrival time.

Count people and bags

Give the full passenger and luggage details so the team can check an appropriate vehicle category.

Weddings, celebrations and event movements

Requests may include a couple or family transfer, guest movement between confirmed locations, venue-to-hotel transportation, or an event itinerary with multiple stops. Availability and the final operating plan depend on the date and trip details.

For larger or repeated group movements, see our Vancouver shuttle services. For executive guests, see corporate transportation.
