International Arrivals
- Proceed through immigration.
- Collect your luggage at the baggage carousels.
- Clear customs and enter the International Reception Lobby (IRL).
- Follow the signs to the Exits/Greetings Area on the right.
- Your chauffeur will be waiting with an iPad displaying your name in bold.
If you cannot locate your chauffeur, contact us immediately at 604-760-6527. Failure to do so will result in a “no show” and the trip will be billable. We monitor all flights; pickups are scheduled 45 minutes after landing to allow time for customs and luggage.
Domestic Arrivals
- Proceed to your designated baggage carousel on Level 2 Arrivals.
- Your chauffeur will be waiting with a board or iPad displaying your name.
- If you do not have checked baggage, please still proceed to your assigned carousel.
If you cannot locate your chauffeur, call 604-760-6527 immediately. Failure to do so will result in a “no show” and the trip will be billable.
